The only thing that was good about this band was the clean vocals and the way they
incorporated that over poppy synth sections. In this album they walked away from that and
just left nothing but a barley above average metalcore band. Other than that, the cleans are
still enjoyable on some tracks and some really dark guitar riffs/dark synth makes this album
a little enjoyable. nonetheless, this album is a huge growth point for the band, and it
thrives with maturity compared to their debut album. If they can return to their roots and
add just a little of their old stlye (pop/electronica) this band could be very interesting
but until that happens, this album is not worth checking out.
