while 1997s beyond the graves was a solid melodic death metal record with some blackened elements, violations 2nd album unfortunately takes the clayman pill, losing its testosterone in the process. lionel hutz could do a "there's melodic death metal, and theres melodic death metal" joke using violation's discography
