Stereo Animal deliver an attractive blend of modern rock with noise, hardcore and thrash, not too far from where bands such as Prong or Helmet lie. The arrangements and the temporal length of some songs leave a latent sense of incompleteness, but there's a handful of numbers ("The Directors", "Megatons"(!!), "Level Zero"(!!), "Red Glowing" and "God Perfect None") that more than deliver the goods.
