There is this moment near the end of the game where Medli is becoming a sage; she plays this simple melody on her harp only to have the former sage appear and compliment her song on their own harp, filling it out to create a beautiful, warm piece brimming with emotion. It brings tears to my eyes, something about how she diligently practiced her music to be rewarded by being able to use her talent to aid the Hero of Time. One of my favorite moments in both video games and music.
