My Little Funhouse, a band from southeast Ireland, were originally signed by Geffen Records as the next GnR's. Alan Lawlor's thin and crisp vocals reminded me bands like The Graveyard Train and Cinderella, while brothers Brendan and Anthony Morrissey provide some tasteful guitar melodies. Not exactly a glam band but not really an alternative one either, My Little Funhouse was one of the many victims of the social shift happening in the early 90s, the moment in which a blond guy appeared with a guitar in an indoor basketball court. It is one of the bands with the potential to go big, considering that Standunder contains a handful of catchy, straightforward and memorable tracks. Recommendations: "I Want Some of That", "Wishing Well", "Anonymous", "Raintown".r
