Fun sell-out pop with good vocals and glossy production. Not anything thats gonna blow anyone's
mind but if you want a good hot summer day album, look no further.

An album I return to here and there as a guilty pleasure. It is generic and nothing groundbreaking, but it?s a decently, well made, pop, spring/summer album that?s full of sugary lyrics that will be easy to digest if you can handle the ?woo-hoo?s? and ?oh-oh?s.?

so this band has also jumped right in the synthpop-rock fad, I can say i'm not surprised by this change. new album is (i guess) fun and perfect to listen to this summer but is unfortunately too generic and so indistinguishable from the other bands doing this same stuff right now... and more importantly nowhere as catchy as these bands which is a deal breaker in this genre. i doubt it'll have any lasting value. well, at least their older stuff still exists.
Deadly Weapon feels out of place but it's the best song there
