The album cover and title hint at a death metal album that sounds trivial at best, however those who will eventually take the necessary leap of faith, will see that Unbirth's debut sounds like a lost (and near-awesome!) Suffocation album. Excellent "Morrisound-like" sound production, and convoluted yet meaningful/precisely executed arrangements make for a hell of a "US East Coast" death metal album, especially for those disappointed by Suffocation's most recent offering.
