| 0.0 | Runeii | March 5th 13 | The Fugazi influence is plainly evident. The lyrics themselves are good, if not completely unsurprisingly. They often sing about social problems and confusion and apathy, but they fail to resonate with listeners and seem resoundlingly shallow. The atmosphere barely ever changes: from slightly dreary but boring to more slightly dreary but boring. Not to say they don't have their moments, however. Frames of War features a more upbeat and distressed mood, making it a refreshing track. All Swindlers On Earth vaguely reminds me of Full Disclosure by Fugazi in it's use of overlong repeating textures but Swindlers ultimately fails to move anywhere with it's direction and lacks replay value, unlike Full Disclosure.
