At this point, and with the abundance of forgotten gems on YouTube, it is no secret that cover art plays a significant role when it comes to checking an album, for me. Warrior of the World with its action-adventure Golden Axe Warrior vibes on the cover art, is a solid traditional/epic metal release by the dutch outfit, Angus. With influences from bands such as Saxon, Accept and Dio, an emphasis on melody and a short runtime, Warrior of the World is a nice fix when you're in need for some '80s heavy metal.
