Vision Crimes is not really something I can listen to at any point in time, though the fact
that a Noise album is tolerable by me in any tincture speaks something of the release. The
riffing, overall, is incredibly solid. The guitars twist and turn in a frenzy until jabbing
themselves straight into your skull, diving right back into exquisitely muddy
production in this barbed wire cabaret. The vocals, while befitting of the music, are pretty
grating to me, which is in itself an interesting contrast; given that the guitars are
definitely the more objectively grating element here. Child Bite performs song mutilation
as opposed to song construction, and it sounds so good!
