Very, very catchy. Overall a solid record, albeit generic at times.

Although not quite a 4.0, this album was not lacking in any way. Crown the Empire lived up to their potential with this release, including even better vocals to really top off the sound. To some this may sound generic, but I still haven't heard anything quite like it.

"Oh, Catastrophe" and "The One You Feed" are good the rest is rather dull.

The songwriting on this album deserves a lot of praise, not many "genericore"/Rise bands these days experiment at all with unique/linear structures. "Graveyard Souls" is a fantastic tune (love the circular motion), and the rest of the album doesn't disappoint. A nice blend of electronics/strings and modern post-hardcore, with some great vocal interplay.

Tight instrumentation, strong vocal delivery particularly on the cleans and orchestral backdrops with an overall theatrical theme are many of the things that were well executed with this album. While occasionally falling plague to generic tendencies, it isn't enough to drag this album down from being as enjoyable as it is.

A great progression from their EP. The production is better here and the new harsh vocalist is much better than the old one.

Great young band; this album is very catchy. Solid drums, vocals, and production. Great future ahead for these guys.
