Review Summary: Brand new Stooma EP, comeback!

Stooma had gone away for awhile, but now they have returned with their 3rd EP entitled Fireplight. It's a good time and sure to please most of their old hardcore fans and hopefully bring in the newest of fans as well that might not be familiar. The best thing about the album that was just released is the brightest of experiments that Stooma decided to let lose.

The first track is called Stooma's to the Top and it follows close to the first two EPs with Stooma's name in sound and words also. The best way to describe it would be a comeback song but some people tell you no to call it a comeback, so I will say only it is one of the most fun songs on the record.

The second track is very much in the same feel zone as the first and one before it, and its called Finally Made It entailing how Stooma was dropped but now he is risen back to the top of the line. It is a very full song of inspiration and strives to make you feel better when you're life gets you so down as it does.

The third track is where the fun experiments begins! It opens with a quote from comics as the song is about being a bigger part of something that you aren't so sure of at the time. It speaks of how you'll never be let down when you're at the top and you'll always have you're friends to see you all the way through to the very end of the road. I think it is one of the sweet songs on the whole record, but you may diss agree with me.

The fourth title track is called Fireplight and it is one of my favorites also. It has got a great bounce to it like a beach volley and I cannot think of one time where I have had more fun. It also shows Stooma progressive and features many different stylings and changes like the bands that Stooma loves known as Queen.

The fifth track is another beach song called Studio 25. It is a like an old Beatles song from their first three records and Stooma wanted to pay tribute to his favourite boys. He even includes the scream from Please Me!

Mistress Meena is the last song on the track and it is the most melody full. It has a sweet tone and some funny words as it is backed up by it. It is Stooma personal favourite on the record and maybe me too.

All in all this album has to grown on me and you but it is starting to look more excellent and more excellent by the day.
