listened to it on spotify and I think its original, classic, and has a great rhythm to the whole concept to the album! It's a great listen!

The opening song starts with an epic riff that gets almost completely ruined when the
rest of the band joins (featuring some of the most generic characteristics pop punk/hardcore
has to offer), but is thankfully picked back up quickly. The guitar work seriously makes
this band, as far as I'm concerned. It's not particularly unique or new, but it's quick
paced and unrelentingly catchy.
After subsequent listens, it becomes increasingly obvious to me that this is definitely the
best melodic hardcore I've listened to in a very long time. Between the in-song interludes
and screaming, the band manages to show impressive songwriting depth. The final track is
incredibly gripping, laced with intense cathartic desperation.
It's been a long time since I've been this interested in a band in this genre. This Is Your
Life should have no where to go from here but up.
