risk actually has some ideas on the first few tracks... really falls off after that though

“Insomnia” has a really awesome riff during the guitar solo, like that one minute where it actually sounds like Megadeth (!!!), and “Time: The Beginning/The End” is good, has some good soloing from Marty. Rest of the album ranges from boring to just pathetic.



Tried to give it alot of chances from raving Megadave fans who swear it’s better than Load. Couldnt pay me money to make me agree with them

I could have sworn there used to be a review of this album here on sputnik that had the summary "Should have been bigger than Countdown!". Can't find it now... ?Que pasa, que pasa? :[



Anyway, I've always treated Youthanasia as an almost-equal-but-still-slightly-weaker than Countdown.

I love both albums, and only now did it finally hit me WHY I still prefer Countdown:



Reckoning Day. That song is not only bad, but they also used it as an opener for this album here... uuughhh... :/
