He always sounds great on record. His voice during 'The Ultimate Sin'-era was kinda weird.

S/T>Paranoid>This

Paranoid has a good case going for it, but I prefer this.
Into the Void and Lord of this World are just too good; also Children of the Grave ofc.
In fact, I'd say everything on here minus Solitude and the interludes would make my Top 10 Sabbath.
After Forever is prob least strong out of the strongest tracks on here, but I'm nitpicking.
|
| |
From Paranoid I'd have to take War Pigs, Fairies Wear Boots, Hand of Doom and Electric Funeral.
Come to think of it, a Top 20 would make more sense for this band, wayyy too many classics.

They're still fucking awesome albums in their own right though

I've really really grown off them dude :/

They have their charms. H&H does have Walk Away though, and MR has that filler that I can't remember what it's called.
But the biggest difference is def the chemistry; there's a world of difference between the chemistry on the first 6 and that on H&H and MR.

H&H t/t is one of their best lyrically imo.
