That t/t loop gets me every time

@Tabula either go chronological and do all of them, or start with anything other than their debut (low relation to rest of discog - still good but representative) or &Yet (slowest grower). Other Truths is one of their best, and their most straightforward so maybe that?

It’s all about winter hymn for me. Peak dmst but really they don’t have a bad album. This is their worst by quite a bit imo

Winter Hymn is a treat and shows off almost all their best qualities tbh

These guys have weirdly similar runtimes for a few of their releases - 48:?8 seems to be their formula. Not sure how/why I noticed that, but yeah it’s odd.

Great band anyway, revisiting/expanding my DMST repertoire and enjoying the journey a lot.

Sweet bump. Cool band.

A friend from work actually got me into these guys, which is insane cause I've never met another person in my entire life who was into post rock. Let alone a band I had never even heard of haha. History In Rust is definitely my favorite by these guys, but all their music rules

Rust/Hymn are the two I knew before revisiting, Hymn probably takes it by a nose currently. Only ones I haven’t heard at all yet are the bookends.

This is definitely the kind of post-rock I can get behind.

The bookends are both great and p worthwhile, but then again this band's discog is generally solid. Rust might actually be my least fave of their full lengths, and this is either top or very close

This seems really interesting, I could see it being in the upper echelons for sure.

Is this's title supposed to signify some event/occurrence?

If yes, then I might give it a shot.

If not, and it's just a silly word jumble, then I'll pass.

this is a post-rock album

the closer/semi-t/t does capture that mood remarkably well though so

ok, but does the title actually *mean* anything, or is it just "let's jumble up a bunch of words that sound cool and mysterious!"
