This album is underrated. True it has some very forgettable songs but some marvelous gems can be found here: Velouria, Is she weird, Ana, Allison. I like this album almost as much as Doolittle (Hey!)

Had to bump my rating for this. I'm starting to think I prefer this to Surfer Rosa. The atmosphere on this is outstanding. It is easily their most album like album in terms of flow.

At this point choosing Surfer Rosa, Doolittle, or Bossanova as a favorite almost seems irrelevant. They're all tied.
If I had to nitpick, I'd say Surfer Rosa because it's the only album without the weak point (La La Love You/Stormy Weather)
But those two weakpoints are way better than most album's weakpoints.
