Yeah Pants is prob my least fav blink album aside from California.
This is definitely not overrated. And it was in fact very underrated at release. Only later did people seem to recognize the brilliance.

My main experience when this album came out was, a lot of us liked it, then you had the dumb-asses in the corner saying "they sold out on this one, bro, it's not punk anymore..."
and the random backlash towards Pants & Jacket is astounding. Having been into this band before really getting "into the internet" hardcore it was a lot of peoples favorite. Seems like a pretty worthy follow-up to Enema, to me
