Album Rating: 3.0
First full visit of this unloved one. Lots of grunge vibe aka Alice In Chains in this LP.
"Jekyll And Hyde/Devil Digger/Feed On Me, overall good pieces but even those are very disjointed.
Strangely enough, "Lost And Found", ballad piece is my fave on Demolition.
"Metal Messiah", for me, it is a different from usual, good groovy closer with lots of God tier duo riffs. (bonus: 0.5)
They throw a lot variety to the music wall, a few good ones stick. Overall, not bad , not good.
Of course, we miss Rob Halford here, also. The Priest without Halford massive vox presence is so difficult to match.
The Priest discog is so massive, a few bad apples, without the biological power to corrupt greatness.
In autofeedback, we are very critical, partially right, about those supposed bad ones.
Hypothetically, if this album was released by an unknown band, the result, a better ratings average. So, high probability of these LPs to be under the underrated umbrella. (bonus:0.5)
2.2/5+ 0.5/5 + 0.5/5 = 3.2/5 (hey, idiosyncratic, rating style exposed)
I do prefer Jugulator over Demolition, by a small margin. And, do agreed that Turbo is worst than those both. dgmw, i do really like the band.
(English semantic is probably incorrect in many sentences, feel free to point me where, if u want. I tried to be very clear about sharing my opinions/ideas, french is primary language, from Montreal, only a late english adult learner, i put this parenthesis out there once in a while)
Ok, friends, this comment was shorter in my head, but long on paper. Thanx in advance for reading it.
