Simon & Garfunkel trump basically everything ever. Those guys were poets and folk magicians. Most of the music I love today (Sufjan, Tigers on Trains) can be traced to their influence.

Yeah. As far as personal preferences though I like the intimate feel of some of the s&g stuff a lot. America will prolly forever be my favorite song Paul Simon was involved with.
