I don't have all of this (or even remotely close to all of it), but it certainly kicks ass in-game. My favorite from what I've heard is Silence Before The Storm. I learned it on guitar :D

Yeah it is a beautiful song, and one of many on the album.

For some reason I find this soundtrack to be more intense in-game than the others, but it's pretty lackluster out of it (ex. Enemy Attack, Hurry!!, No Hopes No Dreams)

I understand this is a ridiculously large necro-bump, but this is an amazing review.

Thankyou.
And in response to Doppelganger, I wouldn't call it lackluster out of the game. Particularly for those who have played it, outside the context of the game it is a rewarding listen.

This OST is good, but... I don't know, there are some boring tracks.
Otherworld is ridicolously awesome, however.

This review is really, really brilliant. I have to buy FFX, soon.
Oh, and this is but a minute detail, but:
"In the main characters pilgrimage "
There should be an apostrophe after the s (or maybe r? Not sure without context).

I bought this soundtrack when I was fortunate enough to be able to go to Comic-Con in 2009! I adore it.
