This album is a true classic of indie rock. While there are many good things that could be said about it, my favorite aspect are the chimey, jangly, sometimes even hypnotic guitars. I wish more bands played like that, and it's the fact that Owen is lacking it that makes me not like Kinsella's later project nearly as much.

in my mind the two songs have a similar feel (despite the tempo and vocals) i dunno why!?.
but yes i just like the one with the tambourine more than the one with the wurlitzer, that was my ultimate point really.
