I still have NSV at 4.5 after changing my mind about it being my favorite but upon the revisit today I think this is my favorite again. Wish there was more material with the Worm. I need to jam Once Was Not again I suppose.

Anybody remember Flo being part of a nu metalish band shortly? Might have just been a track rather than an album but I think that happened at some point

"Nu metal with blast beats?"

I got really triggered once because my ex said none so vile sounded like slipknot when I had it on in the car one day

My ex thought NSV was good, but nowhere near a classic.

She also bought a Pissgrave vinyl when we were out shopping for records one day. I miss her.

She really liked black metal, Mayhem and Burzum were her favs. Also was a huuuge Iron Maiden fan. She made a sput account when we were together, I think her user was Amadeus if you can find her. Presumably 5'd Hvis Lyset Tar Oss and De Mysteriis Dom Sathanas

Well as far as a brutal DM record goes, nothing really comes close to NSV. m/

So yeah, a genre defining album would definitely be considered a classic methinks

review reads closer to a 3-3.5. certainly not a 4.

Yeah too much emphasis on why it’s not as good as none but not enough analysis on the album itself lol
