I doubt I'll be checking out the new album. This is the only album I've heard by this band and it's good, but it gets boring. This is probably going to be as far as I go with this band.

I get Mortal Share and The Day it All Came Down confused all the time.
I go through Insomnium albums very slowly.. haven't gotten around to appreciating this one yet.

I agree, but this album is slightly better. The Killjoy is an awesome song, one of this band's best.

Almost 3 years later from hearing this album from the very first time... It was the very first time I stood firmly behind rating an album a 5. Every album I had encountered until then had some flaws which almost made me rating that certain album a 4.5. From that point on, this CD was in rotation almost every day. A quick math exercise.. 3 x 350 = A shitload of days. This very day I still stay behind my belief that this is one of the 3 best albums ever.

Although Insomnium has worn off me some what, Last Statement still has one of the best endings to a song ive ever heard.
