Kill 'em All is really overrated imho, but RTL and MoP are very good albums. Classics, but not in the 5/5 sense.

I finally found this album, and I'm glad I did. Can't decide which is a better debut- this or Kill 'em All, but they are both kickass.

This one is marginally better-produced but Kill 'em All had songs such as Hit the Lights, Motorbreath, No Remorse, Seek & Destroy and Metal Militia, some of my favorite songs of all time. This does have Mechanix but I think The Four Horsemen is a better version of it. There are some awesome tracks on this still though. I guess I've always been more of a 'Tallica fan than a 'Deth one, but they are both awesome bands. Peace Sells, Rust and Countdown are better than half of Metallica's catalogue in my opinion though.

Was listening to this last night. I am so glad Metallica didnt take these riifs so that Mustaine could have a personality of his own. The beginning riff and groove of the title track is one of the best in Metal history. Period.

This is very Thrashy. This Megadeth is their thrashiest album, but all songs aren't perfect. Needs more than just thrash to be perfect.
Mechanix is little overrated.
BTW Rattlehead is awesome, Killing is My Business and Last Rites/Loved to Death is too.
This album get maybe to much credit for what it gives thx to Mechanix.
Mechanix is the last favorite on this album.

the legacy is a great album, never really listened to show no mercy though although i probably should because well...SLAYER!!!!!!!!!!
