this binary universe to my recollection is mostly some kind of downtempo and not really as good as his early work imo

It’s pretty music but idk something about it just feels really plastic and bland. Could just be due to the fact that he peddles NFTs now which is pretty plastic and bland in itself

Been really getting into Dom & Roland this year, his stuff is a real treasure trove.
The album he put up on bandcamp last year was absolute class, fella has still got the knack

Yeah Dom & Roland’s entire discog is nothing but gas, blows my mind how fiddly but smooth the production always is. RAM Trilogy are similar in that regard, Molten Beats is a stone cold classic

ESCM was mostly fire. q underrated compared to Ima - vocal trance suits him really well

i dont know, i just never really got the hype around that record, not then and not last year or whenever i checked it most recently, but it could very well just be me
and yeah at least parts of escm are just as essential as ima but internet people love to only pedestal one album per artist
flaming june i think was kind of a watershed for him and maybe to some degree the genre in general
