This is as good as I expected Hawks! I subscribe absolutely everything you said in the review. This album is the best atmospheric black I've heard since primordial arcana, and I think I would rate this slightly higher. I think this has potential to become one of my all time fav atmo black tbh.

I would add I really enjoyed the Mgla like vocals for this genre. Some parts sounded like peak form Fen with Mgla's vocalist.



I discovered the band while buying merch from the Grau shop (Germany) and I was really anticipating this. Current avg feels very wrong. Personal score: 4'3



PS: I forgot to mention last year's panopticon, which is another masterpiece.

I always tend to love a lot of atmo/post black albums that other people generally find boring or mid tbh. Lots of cases of that I've noticed, including this album lol.

The bass is amazing indeed Piripichotes. The more I listen to this the more the avg hurts. This is a masterpiece of the genre. May end up 5ing it.

Absolutely. I'm still digesting the amount of brilliant material that has been put out this month. It's one of the strongest starts for metal music I've seen in my life. That Cave Sermon record is absolutely nuts too. It deserves a review ASAP. And what can I say about that new Slift... Jeez... I hope we get an avg February because I can't keep tracking so many good albums... I'm taking a week from work so I may write some reviews if I'm in the mood.
