I cant put my finger on it but the vocalist sounds very similar to someone else I have listened to recently. This is a really good EP

agree mostly with the mixing woes here. listening to this at home and cranking the volume definitely helped. i think the mix lends itself to being played loud. also just trying to get the sound of Shrine out of my head and not compare it.



anyway the more I listen to these songs, the more little moments pop out at me. a bass line, a guitar lick, a vocal harmony. little ear worms that keep pulling me back in for repeated listens. that’s usually a good sign that I’m gonna get some longevity out of a release.

I'm into this, it's definitely not shrine but perfectly solid as a we're still alive EP. Veer is tight as hell

@Squiggly first time I heard this band was back ~2010 some asshole started posting them to youtube saying they were Brand New Demos / Unreleased songs lol. I fully bought it at first.

Been a fan ever since! Great marketing tbh. Kudos to the band if it was actually them!

The melodies take time to grow, but I also understand not everyone will be invested enough to give this a ton of time.



Those "demos" had me so hyped that I was actually let down by Daisy when it finally dropped. I was excited when I finally found His Old Branches, which remains my favorite TROW release to this day.
