I legit have no clue how anyone can think this is better than Gore. Gore took some risks and not everything landed but at least we wound up with some stellar tracks. Here everything is just decent with no major standouts. I’d so much rather an artist take risks and fail as much as succeed than have them make totally okay album with no clear bad tracks but no clear highlights
