Thanks for that, Slex.

Don't mean to hype you up any more Sowing, but based on your comments I can't see you not absolutely loving this album!

TWBF is one of my top 5 favorite bands of all time. ST > Dark, Dark Bright by a slim margin, but maybe that's because I was obsessed with it for years before Bright came out. Friday can't come soon enough.

Yea I've been meaning to mention the debut is being a bit overlooked... If you look at the number of ratings it has compared with TDDB. Colombian Fireworks, Midfield Maestro, Off With Their Heads and Foreign Thougts are some of their best work.

TDDB is my fave album of all time and I honestly think this is better, it's not quite as cathartic or anthemic imo but it's more refined, dynamic and nuanced and the rhythm section is way leveled up

Just wanted to let everyone know I just published an interview with the band on the blog! All five band members gave responses (some long-form) on various topics, plenty of interesting tidbits.

@Slex, definitely not trying to steal your thunder given you already published an interview last week, but I"d contacted a rep of the band weeks ago about this and he got back to me today. Turns out that we even asked some of the same questions!

Haha no worries at all Sunny this band deserves all the love!

And no Jay, TDDB has a 5 for me, this is better imo but not as impactful or personal for me tho I could also see it growing to be a 5
