I get Torture vibes from this bad boy which is very high praise as that's a top 3 album for me from the goats. Definitely superior to their last two.
After just one listen I'd say this is a top 3 modern CC album period - it's that immediate and apparent.

Pestilential Rictus and Drain You Empty is a fantastic one-two punch closer to the album. Gnarly AF riffs and CC can do death-doom so well.

Am I the only one who thought Vengeful Invasion had an almost 'happy' feel to it? Like some sort of death metal hoedown. Dug it quite a bit. Album just goes and goes. So many great tracks. Can't believe they're still putting out albums of this caliber after all these years.

my schedule is pretty busy so I only really get 2 days in the gym a week. usually do chest/squats plus accessories one day then deadlifts/back/shoulders the next.
