People are seriously bashing Dan for his mannerisms live? What the fuck, he's one of the best live singers I've ever seen. Sure, his motions aren't the usual metal-hype schlock but his mechanical mannerisms matched the music and added to the mystique of the band.
It's like people just can't appreciate earnest authenticity in music without it being called "lame" by a bunch of irony-poisoned dorks who can't maintain eye contact with people.

He does occasional Twitch singing sessions and he's pretty impressive even when just chilling out.
It's too bad you couldn't make it to the show Onion, but now that WoB is out, and they're firing on all cylinders, every next tour will be fire. Hopefully won't be too long before they went abroad again.

Legion is the best vocal performance I've heard on a recorded album since Jeff Buckley. This album is incredible. On my recent listen through, THE GREY really hit me hard, and I thought it was completely passable my first time through. This is one hell of a record.
