Separate the art from the artist, folks. The number was coincidental.

idk what he sounds like but these lyrics are exponential edge ( https://www.metal-archives.com/albums/14_Sacred_Words/Not_Alone/668672 ), he's also on some german neo-nazi record label if that's relevant lol. dudes 38 and looks younger than andy milonakis, 'I, Racist' is quite a song title though.

also dude was previously in some metal band thats mostly known for doing a metal cover of the elfen lied theme, wonder what the vocals sound like.

I'm jealous; someone give me some of those drugs, I haven't looked that young since before most of y'all were even born.

“Separate the art from the artist, folks.”

- has thousands of metal albums rated, barely any hiphop at all, just so happens to review one hiphop album and it’s this guy of all people
- doesn’t actually separate the art from the artist in his review, referring to the sociopolitical context around Tom as a person multiple times
- it’s lyric-oriented hiphop, so how you portray yourself as an artist is integral to the art anyway, especially with someone like Tom who has made it a part of how he markets himself.
- we’re allowed to dislike corny grifters. plenty of rappers have said more controversial stuff than Tom MacDonald, and with more sincerity, yet still get somewhat of a pass for actually being good and inventive
- the review itself has issues and could be a lot stronger, regardless of it being sea-lion-y bait. i can give you feedback if you actually want it tho
