Are you telling me that apart from the vocals you can't hear any similarities between this album and songs from atreyu "baptize" such as save us, oblivion, broken again, dead weight, catastrophe ,fucked up, untouchable?

None of those are unique enough to be comparable to anything except tomato paste. Those are all bottom tier Atreyu and thats fairly abysmal.
