Well, it's more than a couple of things ;)
1. I thought it is not a must to talk specifically about the album in a review, and you can express your opinion differently, not just by going through a description of this and that. At least, this is what I attempted to do, but probably failed to do it convincingly enough.
2. I think so too. However, it is quite often on this site that people speak rather harshly about any kind of 'bland radio rock'. Hence the intro.
3. I guess so. Just the fact of it again having the guitars does not make it better unfortunately. In my eyes, at least.
