Seriously, will this ever be topped? Dave can change Megadeth's sound these days and rid the band of all the things that once made Megadeth great, but no matter what he may do in the present day, this album will always stand tall as the single greatest moment in thrash history. Hell, maybe even metal in general.

I have listened to Coroner. Also Heathen, Annihilator, Artilley and Anacrusis. I have checked out most of the top rated thrash albums I can get my hands on and so far this is the best IMO.

Not only is this album quite possible the best thrash album ever, its also its pinnacle, evolution and definitive form, with the best mix of progression, agression, social lyrics and songwriting that can come from the genre itself.
