Don't know if I said, this is a really good review. Unsurprising, but worth mentioning. Finally gave this a good, proper listen again, and I agree a lot w/ your final para. Her EPs, while great, were as floaty and brittle as her songwriting, but she really magically pulls off a really well-structured whole here somehow. Hard to identify why the album even works as well as it does. Feels really thoughtful and considered but also very open and unbothered.
