Find a melodeath album that riffs harder than this (impossible challenge)

Alright, finally dug into and finished this like I said I would a while ago, and I have to say it certainly feels like a step up from Kurooshiku, which is crazy considering how, well, crazy Kurooshiku was as well. I think my only real gripe which isn't so much of a gripe because it's also as much of a plus at the same time is that I have to echo Mars' previous comment and say that as insane and technical as they can be, sometimes it can definitely feel a bit overwhelming. And considering the 70 minutes or so runtime of this, it adds up to something I really have to be in the mood for (though that last bit can be taken with a grain of salt since Kurooshiku isn't that much shorter).

Of course, that being said, when I'm in that mood, this really hits the spot, because the actual musical elements here are absolutely impeccable. This band makes some of the most creative melodeath I've heard in years, and that's something I have to commend, and it makes me wish more modern bands in the genre would push themselves like this one does here.

But hey, enough of my blabbering. TLDR this rules hard and I'm glad to have finally sat down and gave this a spin because it's worth it.

Hell yeah dude. One of the most underrated melodeath releases in recent memory. Band deserves to be huge, this album is insane. And I agree that it can be overwhelming, but it is really rewarding in the end.

I mean, if they were the only band doing the show I could make an excuse for it. I don't go to too many shows as is.

Drummer is an absolute machine. Vocalists cleans seems to be rather underwhelming though but I would take it if anything else was fine.
