Another big fan of the band here. This was a major letdown as was Berserker. Lacks any soul like others have said sans a few songs. I don't see any potential for it to grow on me like Jomsviking did either. Bummer

Yeah, my faith in this growing on me is quickly waning. Very upset about this as I was really anticipating this album, even with the mediocre singles.
After this and Love and Thunder, the Vikings have really let us down in 2022.
Well, mostly. The Northman coming out this year saved them.
