I can easily see this rise to 4.0 territory fast. wow.

To be honest, while Lenker is definitely a "similar artist" I haven't been finding this to be too close to her music. Maybe because the atmosphere feels quite different for me.

This is working some magic for sure; there’s some Lenker similarity but the two seem genuine contemporaries with Lenker simply the more famous, and there are clearly some other distinct touchstones. The ambient interludes and textures throughout create a really great atmosphere too. Still digging into the songwriting but this feels like some of the best indie folk of recent years.
