Bobby Wagner agrees to a 1 year deal with Seattle worth 7 mil. Can’t tell if it’s official yet but good for him.

The retirement tour begins I suppose lol
People are going to be looking back years from now and they'll be rather confused by the random Rams statline at the end of his career

Lot of smoke about the Titans trading up for the 3rd overall pick. Not sure if there's any truth to it or Arizona trying to generate pressure for teams with potential interest (a la Las Vegas).
Not sure overall what the plan is this off-season. We've started off with our free agency that was mostly an attempt to Moneyball roster repair by offering low contracts to high-ceiling players, and since then we've gone absolutely quiet. If the plan is to run it back with Tanny, I don't see this team accomplishing more than mediocrity, which places us out of the running for any top pick next draft cycle. I love Ryan and what he was done for us, but we've seen what he's capable of.
Just seems like a lost year if we roll into the year with Tanny under center. But I also do understand the fear of how much the 3rd overall pick or Lamar (potentially) would cost.
Overall an odd period to be a Titans fan I suppose. Are we tanking, going all-in, or pretending the roster's fine and running it back?

I feel like if they wanted to tank they would have traded Henry by now?

Yeah, which means either
1. Swinging for the fences, or
2. Everything is fine, running it back
with the 2nd option being super, super unappealing, quite frankly.

We either tank or we don't. Staying in the middle will get us nowhere.

You think Vrabel will survive a tank?

I would assume he wouldn't commit to a tank, which makes me hope he won't settle for mediocrity either.

The overall issue is that our roster is far too many deficiencies on the offensive side of the ball, and our QB under center has demonstrated he couldn't take us to the next level. Drafting talent and running it back means we'll be good, but not good enough to win it all. It plays us out of a top QB prospect.
We need to get a game changer, which a QB like Lamar could be. But if it involves us giving too much, then we are still left with a roster that has too many holes to properly compete.

Sorry! I ended up getting into football hardcore in high school when I was trying to fit in. Ended up falling in love. Turned into a permanent nerd. And now here we are lol
The ironic part being that i got into football to where nobody around me could follow, so i didnt even fit in as a result :^(

Hearing the Pats' QB office is in absolute shambles. Jones is unhappy. I guess Zappe's the guy.
