“ Dude knows he'll sell no matter what project he puts out. Why try at this point?”

I mean I’d like to think that artists actually enjoy creating music and that that’s enough incentive to put out music you are proud of even when you will make money off it no matter what lmao

Honestly, Nevermind is yet to be one of most mediocre and poor-sounding transitional album Drake has ever released in my own perspective. If you like it and see this, I'm not sorry. It's that bad. Although particular songs do have a better vibe like Jimmy Cooks with the feature of 21 Savage and Sticky, coming back with the rapping campaign Drake wholeheartedly expressed. The rest of the songs are most likely, vulgarly, and very distasteful as it is compared to Scorpion. Especially the fourth track, Currents, with the very laughable squeaky sound as it goes on through the beat, and to be honest with you, I'm not a bigger fan of house or dance music like at all. The album has a godawful production and the idea of it was extremely mediocre and yet, an transition like this fails to be successful in my own eyes.

It kinda sounds like a remix album where they took bunch of random Drake acapellas and put them over some house beats

Overdrive is pretty cool though

as influential and great Virgil Abloh was (RIP dude)
he sucked as a DJ
I saw him open for FlyLo once and it was the worst

if this is Drake’s tribute for him, it matches for his DJ skills but not him as a person

hate is a strong word lol. his opinions are fine but he acts like a dick tbh. in high school I watched him, but definitely outgrew him quick. also (petty complaint) I've noticed when he gives an artist a good review the crowd that shows up for that particular artist live become instantly lame. I guess have an issue with his core audience

People take the opinion of some nerd on the internet way too seriously

I like Fantano but his followers are probably the most annoying people on the face of the earth. Their taste is molded by his opinion and its just so lame
