I'm fairly sure Howerdel does the "F*ck your God" bit while MJK does the cleans in between. At least that's how they do it live and in the video so I assume it was how it was on the record.

Have never seen them live. Wish I could, but I live overseas. Their voices compliment each other very well so it would make sense Billy recorded those parts as he is a very good singer.
