Yes and no. We have to decide whether the new school or old school rec has more value. Guess work mostly.

I slightly prefer Cosmogenesis and Akroasis, but Omnivium is indeed a great album. Septuagint is one of my favorite songs by the band.

This might be my favorite Obscura but time will tell

Nothing will ever crown Ten Sepiroth though

Imo, they've never made an album I didn't like. Even the one before this was solid.

What I would do for these guitar skills though....

This might be my favorite obscura album besides Akroasis, the vocals fit the more melo death neoclassical style they got going and muenzner is probably the best he's sounded yet

Yeah, Christian's on fire here. It's probably his best performance to date.

Love how this album flows. Never repetitious or predictable. I'll hear something new almost every listen. Obscura are such pros.

Every time I listen to this I have to force myself to isolate some of the drum parts. I keep getting distracted by the guitar/bass flow energy.

Münzner fans should check out the new Eternity's End, it's a shred fest.

This one is good, although I doubt it 'll stick with me like Cosmogenesis and Omnivium did.

Müzner is one the best guitarists playing rn, but everything I’ve ever heard from this band sounds nearly identical to eachother

I'm late to the party again.

But I dig this. This is quality!

So it seems this is on its way to become the best rated Obscura album, and that's correct to me!
