Life’s a test. Sometimes you pass, sometimes you don’t. What’s true is you never fail so long as you continue to carry on.

This was more mellow than I expected. Probably the best album from StS I've heard so far. Very dynamic, memorable and sorrowful. Love that closer too, might be the best song here and that's saying something.

EDIT:

Yeah, the closer is magnificent. Made me cry like a lil bitch. Great stuff right here.

Very nice when a band I’ve been listening to for so long manages to not only hold up over time, but continue to release some of their best material now when I’m an adult, many years after I first discovered them. Especially cause half the stuff I listened to then (late 2000s) ranged from mediocre to crap.

I think I know what you mean. There's also a certain appreciation of really enjoying The Morning Never Came when it was released, while also really enjoying a new STS album almost 20 years later. Can't say that about a lot of the bands I dug in the early 2000's. This is easily up there with their best work from the early days

This is the best I’ve heard of this style since last year’s Counting Hours - The Will which was exquisite

I saw that Angry Joe youtuber guy at their show in Houston recently lol. Abigail Williams kinda stole the show though. Their new stuff is good but it doesn't really translate well live.

Fantastic album, they never ever disappoint, Enemy is one of the best songs they have ever done.
