I listened to The Amulet a couple times through this week. They had such a great sound. I loved 2 Dreams too. Bummed they disbanded.

i hope whatever happened is something they will eventually figure out. ive learned all to well this year that unprecedented shit can just kinda happen. for it to cause the band to end so unceremoniously must not sit right with any of them

They were released on their patreon. Spiral and Pentagram definitely sound like they were b-sides for Two Dreams. Compensation sounds closer to an Amulet b-side to me but it was probably recorded after The Amulet came out. Not sure though.

Listened to a Dream about death on the way home tonight that record is perfect... is fantastic.

I miss Circa so much.
I don't want to speculate too much on the interpersonal of the band, but it's gotta be strange for them to watch Anthony go off and be with LS Dunes and potentially Saosin after the debacle with Circa. There's just no way that that sits right with anyone, Anthony included. Is he touring with Saosin/aren't they working on a new record?
Two Dreams are both wonderful, but seems like such an odd endpoint for the group. In a way, it feels like a premeditated coda, which is strange because they almost certainly didn't know that this was the end

Had decided this was my new favorite band after mwY ended and broke my heart and then out of the fucking blue these dudes called it quits too, ugh
But yes respective members getting clean is 100% most important

If they happen to be bad influences on/for each other, I’d be OK if they kicked the drummer for someone else. He’s great as they all are, but I’d rather have Circa with a diff drummer than Circa without Anthony or no Circa at all
