This band seems like they hit a sweet spot of being easy to love and not so easy to hate...record is solid, and may even be the best in their output (i'll believe you all haha) - but the general weighted curve their discography has here is a bit skewed to me.

Solid 3.5 yah

For what this is, it’s absolutely perfect. Incredible production and musicianship, and biting lyrics.

A couple duds on the back end, but fuck if the rippers don't absolutely rip. Band still kills it with the best of them.

post boredom is the sole dud and everything else rules. album starts insane tho dark distance may be my fav etid opener now which is very very high praise since they consistently bang out some of the best openers of all time

Sexsexsex and People Verses are forgettable. Can't say the same about Dark Distance and Sly.

I still really like Post Boredom, but the my annihilation part is definitely the weakest section on the whole record, maybe in their whole discog. That section really grinds me but the rest of the song is so damn fun I can look past it.

"the my annihilation part is definitely the weakest section on the whole record, maybe in their whole discog" hard [2] bandito bro thats why i cant deal. i dont mind it as much now since its got a good bridge but that part alone makes it so much weaker than the rest and is why ill prob never join the elite 5 club for this otherwise fuckin crazy album all the way through

i guess sexsexsex is a weaker song too but it still wrecks that riff in the back end is so sick. people verses is a fav of mine tho has some of his best singing on the whole album
