Partner actually doesn't hate this (and they hate almost all metal). Said it sounds like a creepy folktale.

I can understand why people don't like this honestly. I'll probably never listen to it start to finish again, but will definitely revisit these songs when I need my atmoskronk fix.
Don't get me wrong tho, album is pure slappage. It's just so much music to listen to for my short attention span.
