I love all their previous albums but this one felt a little bit like more of the same. Even in the style that they play they are able to bring new ideas to the table all the time, but this time I didn't hear much of that. I will probably get it anyway at some point.

at first when i saw the comparisons to discordance axis people were making for this release i was like lol. but upon further listens... i actually hear it lol. You can hear it in tracks like Burning Apparition, All Bells Ringing or even at the beginning of Guided Blight, w/ the ascending main lick
