How well versed are you in Wage War and metalcore as a genre? No sarcasm, legit question.

I have long studied the metalcore ways and read the ancient texts that make up our doctrine!!!!!!!!!

@peartnoy - intro (which repeats throughout) is cheese, lyrics are juvenile, the Manson esque talking portions are 20 years too late, the actual riffage sounds like radio rock garbage trying to be heavy. It also has a really awful nu metal vibe throughout (and I've loved my fair share of nu metal). Breakdown is perhaps the only marginally salvageable portion and even that is super average.
tl;dr nothing redeemable

it's heavier than pressure but almost equally as boring. feeling a 2 to a 2.5 rn
every song he screams the song title before a breakdown ala mantra by bmth or bankrupt by silverstein

This album is anything but cohesive. It's basically just a myriad of influences drawn from all over the place with a ton of generic filler in between.
There's a couple of decent tracks on here (albeit from the heavier end of the spectrum), but if you told me Never Said Goodbye was a Nickelback cover I'd believe you.

Bro the breakdown on Relapse is most certainly not their heaviest breakdown to date...
